Accountant in a renewable energy firm

An IT network integration and renewable energy company located in Lekki seeks to employ an accountant who reports to the Head of Account and finance.

Responsibilities

·Manages and monitors the cash flow, and other financial transactions accurately.
·Prepares estimates, invoices and purchase order.
·Analyses financial discrepancies and ensures all discrepancies are reported to the head of finance.
·Maintains and updates product/service list and pricing on Sage
·Works In collaboration with Operations concerning BOMs, to maintain an accurate Cost of goods and pricing of products and services on Sage to reveal actual profit margin
·Follows up with the Business Operations Manager on outstanding payments from Clients and sends reminders.
·Monitors and updates Inventory list on Sage
·Manages the invoices for company projects and sends estimates and invoices to clients.
·Maintains company asset register.
·Other duties as assigned.

Requirement

BSc in Accounting / Finance or related discipline
2- 3 years experience in similar position
Understanding of basic and advanced excel functions is required
Candidate living in Lagos within island and it’s environs is preferable
Salary is competitive
