We are recruiting an Accountant for our client, a facility management company in Victoria Island, Lagos.

*Job Description:*

1. Prepare monthly financial statements.
2. Reconcile monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare monthly reconciliation for Account payables and receivables.
4. Prepare weekly facility report.
5. Prepare quarterly diesel budget.
6. Manage and track inventory items
7. Conduct daily inspections on facility with proper documentation.
8. Plan and prepare quarterly/yearly maintenance operations.
9. Preparation and remittance of statutory; VAT, PAYE, WHT, PENSION etc.
10. Support in annual audit and filing of accounts.
11. Support in annual budget preparation and compliance.
12. Implementation of internal control, accounting policies, standards and procedures.

Experience: 2 – 4 years in a similar role.
