Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Updates maintain, manages the company’s software, and ensures users are aware of the company’s IT policy
• Coordinates with ISP to ensure optimal network performance and provides first-line IT support to users
• Maintains the company’s website
• Manages SharePoint access, modifications, and configurations
• Maintains records of software licenses
• Maintains ongoing knowledge of the latest developments in IT
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades
• Manages the company’s digital platforms
• Prepare a monthly internet marketing campaign
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, promotions, and competitions
• Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content weekly
• Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND in Computer Science or Engineering
• 2-4 years of proven work experience as an IT manager.
