JOB TITLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB TYPE: Contract (3 months) Possible becoming full staff based on performance
LOCATION: Mainland, LAGOS
Salary: 180,000- 250,000 (monthly)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
• Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
• Conducting market research
• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
• develop targeted sales strategies.
• Maintaining client relations and negotiating deals with clients.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets within 100 days of employment.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5years experience
• High-level communication, networking skills, and presentation skills.
• A passion for sales.
• Good project management skills.
• Projection and forecasting skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and experience working with different teams.
• Experience crafting project teams from scratch
• Excellent interpersonal skills & analytical skills
• Leadership skills with the proficiency to empower and focus to reach a meaningful goal tactically and Strategically

Age range is between 30 to 40 years.
