Customer service/sales rep

Our client a leading fragrance and wellness brand located in Victoria Island, Lagos is looking to hire an efficient customer service/ sales rep.

He/ She would be responsible for providing clients with timely, accurate, and consistent communication through verbal and written correspondence, documenting said correspondence, maintaining client files, and reporting clients’ feedback to relevant departments amongst other administrative duties.

Remuneration:

Salary: ₦80,000.00 net monthly
Health insurance benefits
Bonus and incentives.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• OND / HND in relevant field
• Must be between 22-27 years of age
• 2-3 years’ related work experience
• Customer centric
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, tactful, and diplomatic
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Candidates must reside around Lekki and its environs
