About the job

Key Responsibilities (Finance Business Partner)

  • Provide support in the compilation of Sales & Gross Margin inputs for all Sanofi planning cycles: F1, F2/B+N, F3, LRP.
  • Provide support in financial analysis and clear commentaries of variances against prior year, previous period, budget, and LRP.
  • Manage the Freight, Duty & Clearing Charges database.
  • Support in monthly stakeholder communications, education, and functional effectiveness.
  • Ensure the budgeting and planning process is documented, dynamic, and aligned to business needs.
  • Optimize import costs and ensure deviations are identified and resolved timely.
  • Provide support and partnership with Accounting Team in reporting stock positions and intercompany transactions.
  • Maintain SISO, OPEX, and A&P database and provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders.
  • Provide support in ensuring the business Budget dashboards are dynamic and appropriate and that management action results from analysis through translating management information into recommendations.
  • Support and contribute to legal and management financial statements and financial analysis reports including monthly actual and forecasted financial statements.
  • Prepare and Coordinate financial reports for Local and Corporate management including flagging issues/inconsistencies.
  • Support in project Management: management of key projects impacting the affiliate; and aspects of projects on new reporting, new business acquisitions, or integrations of new business segments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Information:

Knowledge, Skills & Experience (Finance Business Partner)

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • Relevant experience in a multinational setting

  • Proactive, enterprising, and resourceful; able to influence at different organizational levels, locally and internationally within the Group (as required).
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis methodologies and accounting and reporting principles and requirements.
  • Knowledge of international financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in oral & written communication
  • Computer Literate (i.e. ERP systems, MS Office applications.)
