Job Title: HR EXECUTIVE

Location: 54 kil Away from Zuma Rock, Abuja, Kaduna express road

Job Description

• Ensure that all employees in the company are performing at their best with high employee morale

• To evaluate and give recommendations on projects and site work progress.
• Post, review, and shortlist candidates for the available positions.
• Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
• Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Assist in employee compensation.

Mandatory Skills and Requirements

• Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies.
• Ability to make important strategic decisions for the company.
• Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges
• Ability to delegate tasks to the HR team according to their priority.
• Thorough understanding of the company’s HR policies and processes.
• Excellent command of the English language.

He/she must be knowledgeable in Excel:
• VLOOKUP
• PIVOT TABLE
• CONDITIONAL FORMATTING

MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: NOT LESS THAN 3 years experience as HR Executive

MIN QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
