Sheltery Realty: Hello, My name is Oduwole Azzizzat Olabisi and I am the lead realtor at Sheltery Realty Limited.

Digi360 media: We’ve seen quite a number of your real estate posts and closed deal updates; for how long have you been a real estate agent?

Sheltery Realty: I have been a real estate for about three years now.

Digi360 media: How would you close deals with complicated or difficult clients?

Sheltery Realty: Well I have been able to do this by helping them understand the value of the investment and how it would benefit them.

Sheltery Realty: Residential and Commercial  Real Estate

Digi360 media: What are the areas you specialize in? What neighbourhoods do you sell the most?

Sheltery Realty: Lagos Island

Digi360 media: Over the past years, how many land or home deals have you helped buyers close?

Sheltery Realty: Over 100 plus transactions

Digi360 media: How accessible are you and what is your schedule like?

Sheltery Realty: Very accessible actually, I work Mondays to Saturdays.

Digi360 media: How would you decide which homes might suit your client’s needs and wants?

Sheltery Realty: This is pretty simple as a client’s needs and wants are based on their specifications and financial capabilities.

Digi360 media: How adaptable are you when dealing with multiple clients’ appointments per day?

Sheltery Realty: Whilst it can be tiring but I have been quite successful with it and currently putting in structures to make this easy.

Digi360 media: Do you prefer to work alone or in a team?

Sheltery Realty: A team

Digi360 media: On average, how long does it take buyers you’ve worked with to locate and acquire a home?

Sheltery Realty: For returning clients, less than 24 hours.

Digi360 media: How much of your business as a realtor is made up of working with home buyers?

Sheltery Realty: About 80%, this is why we actually  exist

Digi360 media: How many clients are you working with currently?

Sheltery Realty: About 5

Digi360 media: How many developers or real estate firms are you currently collaborating with?

Sheltery Realty: A lot, more than 10

Digi360 media: How often do you contact your clients during and after the buying process?

Sheltery Realty: As often as possible

Digi360 media: Do you have an office space, or are you mobile?

Sheltery Realty: Yes, I have a physical space, and we also close real estate deals online for clients that stay far or have a tight schedule to visit the office.
