About the Role (Partnership Associate)

We’re seeking a B2B Partnerships Associate to promote brand growth and expansion in the Nigerian and African market. Your primary responsibility will be to establish B2B relationships to grow our sustainable marketplace sign ups among minority small business owners in West Africa and wholesale off-takers who are committed to fairer trade in Africa, Europe & North America and Asia. You will assist in implementing ongoing partnership strategic expansion plans.
We’ve crafted this role specifically for marketing professionals who are seeking to implement their business skills in the dynamic field of marketing and B2B relationship building. Our ideal candidate has B2B relationship and sales management experience in the consumer lifestyle, luxury industries.

What are your Minimum Qualifications?

requirements for you to thrive:

  1. BSc in marketing, international business, or similar discipline or MSc degree
  2. At least 2 years of experience in product development and pipeline management
  3. At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development (B2B)
  4. Demonstrated interest / experience in our field creating B2B partnerships in the
  5. luxury, small business and sustainable lifestyle industries globally
  6. Demonstrated success with email marketing and partnership building
    Tools you should already be familiar with
  7. CRM management tools
  8. Project management tools
  9. Remote working experience
