Job Description

• The ideal candidate should be able to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Meet sales target
• Profitability goals
• Manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individual and group sales targets are met
• Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and store presentation
• Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report card sessions, and weekly sales meetings
• Execution of company merchandising
• Maintain the sales quota through inside sales at a retail stores on a daily basis
• Supervise actions of the retail sales associates within his/her department
• Prepare cost analysis, quotes, and profit calculations
• Maintain knowledge of new products

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of Retail Sales Manager experience in a luxury fashion brand
• Great customer management skills
• Keen interest and knowledge of the fashion industry

Salary: 350,000 net + commission
