1. CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Qualification: HND/B.Sc in any financial or numerate discipline

Master is an added advantage but not compulsory

MCP qualification is mandatory

Possess at least 6 years of core experience in Microfinance Banking.

Experienced in Sales, Risk Management, Financial Management, Credit, Banking Operations

Salary: Competitive and attractive

2. HEAD CREDIT SALES

Qualification: HND/B.Sc in any financial or numerate discipline

Master is an added advantage but not compulsory

MCP qualification is an added advantage

Possess at least 6 years of core experience in Microfinance Banking.

Experienced in Sales and Marketing of Loan/Credit, Risk management, Loan Disbursement, and Business Development

3. HEAD, SAVINGS/DEPOSIT/LIABILITY

Qualification: HND/B.Sc in any financial or numerate discipline

Master is an added advantage but not compulsory

MCP qualification is an added advantage

Possess at least 5 years of core experience in Microfinance Banking.

Experienced in Financial Management, Credit, savings/deposit mobilization.

4. TEAM LEAD, CREDIT ANALYST

Qualification: HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline

Possess at least 3 years of working experience in Microfinance Banking or related industry

Experienced in Loan analysis, credit reporting, and Risk management
