How to apply to Southwestern University

Southwestern accepts a variety of applications, so make sure to select the one that works best for you.

There are four ways to submit your application online.

Application to Southwestern University

For first-year students, as well as previous SU students applying for readmission and those applying for non-degree visiting or audit status, Southwestern has its own institutional application. (Transfer students should not use this application.)

Southwestern accepts the Common Application, a single application used by over 900 colleges and universities (for both first-year and transfer students).

The ApplyTexasApplication is accepted by Southwestern (for both first-year and transfer students).

Coalition Application with Scoir

Southwestern accepts the Coalition with Scoir Application, which is shared by 150 of the nation’s top colleges and universities dedicated to increasing access to higher education. (Only first-year students)
