Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Job Summary (Financial planning)

Responsible for budgeting, #forecasting, financial analysis, cashflow management & insurance

Principal Duties (Financial planning)

Responsible for medium and short-term cashflow forecasting and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all figures used in cash flow projections.
Responsible for the organization’s treasury management including short-term investments.
Analysis of current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
Oversee and manage the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plan, and modeling tools.
Responsible for the preparation of monthly forecasts and quarterly business reviews for all functional areas of the business and related subsidiaries
Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.

Competency and Skills Requirements
Experience in accounting EPC contracts
Excellent commercial acumen
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft office applications.
Ability to process complex financial data and communicate clearly, and concisely to non-financial personnel.
High level of attention to details
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Wide experience in working with ERP/Accounting software

Qualifications & Experience (Financial planning)
First degree in Accounting or finance
Relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage (e.g. ACCA, ICAN, ACA, CIMA, CPA, CFA).
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role

Ability to work successfully with the team.
